Join Maria for an introduction to ‘Gel Plate Printing and Collage’. Gel plates provide an accessible printing process which allows you to create unique and interesting mono prints and textured papers. During the session you will learn a variety of techniques using stencils, be-spoke blocks and plant materials to create layers of texture and colour on your prints.

In the afternoon we will use these papers to create a collage picture, exploring techniques to add texture and depth to your work. Your completed picture will be finished with a white mount, ready for framing.

This course is perfect for beginners or for those who would like to develop their skills. All materials are included.

There will be a short lunch break so please bring a packed lunch.
