Create a poem for our ‘Hemingford Arts Week’ competition, it can be about anything you like. no longer than 40 lines

‘Hemingford Art Week’ Poetry Competition 2026 is now open for poetry submissions.

‍ Entrants are encouraged to submit original unpublished poems on any theme of a maximum 40 lines.

‍ There are three categories in the competition:‍ Under12, ‍Under 18, ‍Over 18

Rules: Your poem should be no longer than 40 lines

All entrants should be resident within a 20 mile radius of Hemingford Grey

Poetry created using AI will not be accepted.

Entries must be sent via email to info@artatone.com no later than Friday 22nd May 2026 to be considered for the competition

‍Please mark clearly on your entry which category the poem is being entered into and include your full name, address and telephone number.

‍The winning poems will be read out at our Poetry & Song evening on Tues 9th June and displayed at our gala evening on Saturday 13th June 2026.
